Breath work

Doing breath work helps calm the central nervous system. One practice is the Box Breathing technique. 1. Breathe in slowly counting to 4. 2. Hold your breath for 4 seconds. 3. Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds. 4. Repeat steps 1-3 until you feel re-centered. Notice what happens to your body and mind when you do breath work. Journal the effects it has on you.
