It all begins with embracing a growth mindset. You must have a love of learning and acceptance. We all make mistakes. We all have flaws. How are you navigating adversities and turning them into opportunities to grow and reframe your mindset? Reframing unleashes your blocks.

Principle #2 grounding

Doing breath work helps calm the central nervous system. One practice is the Box Breathing technique. 1. Breathe in slowly counting to 4. 2. Hold your breath for 4 seconds. 3. Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds. 4. Repeat steps 1-3 until you feel re-centered. Notice what happens to your body and mind when you do breath work. Journal the effects it has on you.
