Educators receive confidential cohort and/or one-on-one executive and leadership development coaching from a culturally responsive coach with more than 20 years of private and public school education experience. During cohort facilitation sessions, educators are provided resources to increase self-advocacy and improve self-care, resiliency, communication, and leadership.

Investing in executive coaching will help alleviate burnout and reduce turnover. Under the guidance of our certified executive coach and leadership development coach, participating educators move into alignment with their goals and gain clarity to exceed their potential. Executive and leadership development coaching helps improve performance and effectiveness within the school community.
